1979-742WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim requires, from time to time
during the year, the microfilming of various documents related to
City Government; and
WHEREAS, Orco Microfilming Service, Inc. "Orco is in
the business of providing microfilming service of the type and
quality needed by the City and has, in past years, provided the
kind, quality and level sufficient to meet City's needs; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Orco
shall provide said service, the terms and conditions of which are
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an agreement with Microfilming Service, Inc., in connection
with the microfilming; of City government documents be, and they are
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of December, 1979.
