A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SZABO
FOOD SERVICE, INC., AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim owns and operates
Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, major sporting events, concerts, exhibi-
tions, theatrical performances and meetings of all
description, as well as other activities, are conducted in
said Stadium; and
WHEREAS, the existing Stadium is being expanded
to include a new section to provide approximately 27,000
additional seats for events at said Stadium; and
WHEREAS, the City and Szabo Food Service, Inc.
entered into an Agreement dated March 16, 1976, and Amend-
ments to said Agreement dated May 25, 1976, January 4, 1977,
and February 21, 1978, to provide food, beverages and other
articles for patrons at Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, a Third Amendment to Agreement (hereinafter
"Amendment has been prepared, the terms and conditions of
which are acceptable to the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and`
conditions of said Amendment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim thisl8th day of
December, 1979.
