1979-739WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to construct the
new Lewis -Yorba #1 69kV circuit; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to overbuild an existing
Pacific Telephone Telegraph Company cable at Cerritos Avenue
east of Lewis Street for one span of said circuit; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Anaheim and
Pacific Telephone Telegraph Company to enter into an agreement
for the installation and use of such circuit; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th da of December, 1979.
