RESOLUTION NO. 79R -738
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH R. W. BECK
AND ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (City) and R. W. Beck and
Associates (Beck) entered into an Agreement dated July 18, 1978,
providing that Beck will perform professional services in con-
nection with certain litigation and rate cases; and
WHEREAS, City desires Beck to continue such services;
WHEREAS, City and Beck desire to amend said Agreement
to provide that the total amount to be paid to Beck shall not
exceed $164,500.00; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to said Agreement has been pre-
pared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the
City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amendment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of December
1979.
