1979-735WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated December 12 that the rates of compensation for selected part time classes be adjusted; and WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 79R -137 which established rates of compensation for unrepresented part -time job classes, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that estab- lishing new rates of compensation for these job classes is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: Section 1. RESOLUTION NO. 79R- 735 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR UNREPRESENTED PART -TIME CLASSES, AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R -137. That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be employed in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary schedules in the Salary Schedule Master as follows: SCHEDULE JOB CLASS NUMBER STEP Club House Attendant P/T 310 E Housing Repair Worker P/T 325 D E Library Clerical Assistant P/T 325 D E Library Page P/T 310 E Part -time Clerical Assistant P/T 325 D E Part -Time General Services Worker P/T 310 E Part -time Maintenance Worker P/T 325 D E Part -time Recreation Specialist P/T 011 H M Part -time Technical Worker P/T 310 E SCHEDULE JOB CLASS NUMBER STEP Recreation Aide P/T 310 E Tour Guide P/T 310 E Section 2. The letters "P /T" preceding a schedule number indicate that employees working in that job class are part -time and are not covered by overtime or upgrade provisions. Section 3. The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be computed as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay. Section 4. The provisions of Resolution No. 79R -137 shall remain in full force and effect, except to the extent amended. Section 5. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be January 4, 1980.
