A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
~~N~~;~~MT~C~~~T~~~y~~~~~fJ 8f~~II~F.~AL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easiement for road and
public utility 2urposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha~ offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of LUCY Kf~~lliR CONIGLIO( a
lL1arried woman, and ]1.~JNA A. IIATH1\.~'IAY I a married woman, as their
separate property,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($l.OO).
