90-017 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-407 NUNC PRO TUNC. WHEREAS. on October 10, 1989, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 89R-407, and through inadvertence and clerical error Article 52.06, entitled Meals was incorrectly stated in that it contained the word "compensation" and it should have read "allowance," and Appendix A, entitled Wage Rates, failed to include an upgrade code for the Job of Utilities Yard Working Supervisor and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to amend said Resolution No. 89R-407, nunc pro tunc, to reflect correctly Article 52, entitled Meals and to reflect correctly Appendix A, entitled Wage Rates. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby amend Resolution No. 89R-407, to reflect correctly Article 52, entitled Meals and to reflect correctly Appendix A, entitled Wage Rates, of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, nunc pro tunc. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Article 52, Meals, and Appendix A, entitled Wage Rates, as corrected nunc pro tunc herein, is. attached to this Resolution and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein Resolution No. 89R-407, shall remain in full force and effect.
