RESOLUTION NO. 79R-728
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SECURITY
PACIFIC BANK, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on October 2, 1979, the City of Anaheim
entered into an Agreement with Security Pacific Bank to
establish methods and procedures for loans on rehabilita-
tion and improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Agreement
to provide for a flexible annual percentage interest rate;
and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth day of
December, 1979.
