RESOLUTION NO. 79R -725
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION IN CONNECTION WITH LEAS-
ING OFFICE SPACE IN THE CIVIC CENTER COMPLEX,
AND AUTHORIZING TIIE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID LEASE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is constructing a new Civic
Center Complex; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
(AMEA) desires to lease office space for use for its Association
in the new Civic Center; and
WHEREAS, City desires to lease said office space to AMEA;
WHEREAS, a Lease Agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of a Lease Agreement with the Anaheim Municipal Employees
Association in connection with the leasing: of office space in the
Civic Center Complex be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Lease Agreement
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this llth da;. of December, 1979.
