RESOLUTION NO. 79R -724
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A DECREASE IN
PREMIUM RATES AND RENEWING THE CITY'S
LONG TERM DISABILITY POLICY COVERED BY
STANDARD INSURANCE COMPANY AT SUCH LOWER
RATES. (POLICY NO. 384412)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has a Long Term Disability
Insurance Policy written by Standard Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, Standard Insurance Company has proposed to
renew said Policy with a decrease in its premium rates from
1.70% of insured payroll to 1.35% of insured payroll effective
January 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
renew said Policy at such lower rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim's
Long Term Disability Policy with Standard Insurance Company be,
and the same is hereby, renewed at a premium rate of 1.35% of
insured payroll effective January 1, 1980.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this day of
