1979-723WHEREAS, Northwestern National Life Insurance
Company has issued Group Life Insurance Policy No.
GL- 11742 -1; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to renew
said policy with no change from the current policy rates
for the period of January 1, 1980, through December 31,
1980; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said policy
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Policy for 1980 are hereby approved
and accepted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim thislith day of
December, 1979.
