WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and California Medical Group
Health Plan, Inc. have previously entered into agreements whereby
California Medical Group Health Plan, Inc. provided health services
for employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, California Medical Group Health Plan, Inc.
has submitted a Renewal Agreement to the City to provide for such
health services effective January 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of the Renewal
Agreement are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Human Resources Director
be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
