A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS
IN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. 1923 AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R -597 ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim here-
tofore adopted Resolution No. 79R -597 approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 1923, subject to certain conditions specified therein;
and
WHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions heretofore imposed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on December 4, 1979, at which hearing the City Council
did receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the public interest and welfare require the amendment of
said conditions of approval in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditions No. 6, 7 and 9 of Conditional
Use Permit No. 1923 as set forth in Resolution No. 79R -597 be, and
the same are hereby, deleted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that new Condition No. 6 be, and
the same is hereby, added to Conditional Use Permit No. 1923 as
set forth in Resolution No. 79R -597, to read as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 79R -597 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of December,
1979.

"6. That this conditional use permit shall
expire, and the existing use shall be terminated
and the premises vacated on or before March 3,
1980."
