1979-706WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted
Resolution No. 79R597 granting Conditional Use Permit
No. 1923; and
WHEREAS, said resolution contained eight express
conditions upon which said conditional use permit was
granted; and
WHEREAS, through clerical error, an additional
condition as imposed by action of the City Council was in-
advertently omitted from said resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 79R597 be, and
the same is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by the addition
of Condition No. 9 to the conditions of approval thereof, to
read as follows:
"9. That no "open to the public" or similar signs
shall be permitted on the premises."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly
amended herein, said Resolution No. 79R597 shall remain in
full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this4th day of
December, 1979.
