A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF A PORTION OF WOODLAND DRIVE EASTERLY
OF MAGNOLIA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of its in-
tention to vacate and abandon the public street or alley herein-
after described; and
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of November, 1979, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find, from the evidence submitted, that the public street or
alley hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for pres-
ent or prospective public street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation and abandonment
of that portion of Woodland Drive extending easterly from Electric
Way, more specifically described as follows:
That portion of Woodland Drive in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on the
map filed in Book 135, Pages 19 through 22, inclusive,
of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said
Woodland Drive, 64.00 feet in width, distant thereon
South 89° 21' 00" West 17.88 feet from the Northwest
corner of Parcel 19 as shown on said map, said point
being also the beginning of a non tangent curve, con-
cave Northwesterly having a radius of 74.00 feet, a
radial line to said point bears South 30 47' 08" East;
thence Northeasterly 84.67 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 65 33' 23" to a point in the North-
erly line of said Woodland Drive, said Northerly line
being a curve concave Northeasterly having a radius of
29.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South
41° 01' 12" West; thence along said Northerly line and
the Northeasterly, Easterly, Southerly, Westerly, South-
westerly and Southerly lines of said Woodland Drive,
the following courses: Easterly 21.09 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 41 40' 12 North 89°
21' 00" East 29.12 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, concave Southwesterly having a radius of 132.00
feet, Southeasterly 207.35 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 90° 00' 00 South 0° 39' 00" East
27.92 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
Northeasterly having a radius of 56.00 feet, Southeast-

of 28° 21' 27" to the beginning of a reverse curve, con-
cave Northerly having a radius of 44.00 feet, Southeast-
erly, Southwesterly, Northwesterly and Northeasterly
181.78 feet along said curve through a central angle of
236° 42' 54" to the beginning of a reverse curve, concave
Northwesterly having a radius of 56.00 feet, Northeast-
erly 27.72 feet along said curve through a central angle
of 28° 21' 27 North 0 39? 00" West 27.92 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southwesterly
having a radius of 68.00 feet, Northwesterly 106.81 feet
along said curve through a central angle of 90 00' 00
and South 89° 21' 00" West 84.88 feet to the point of
beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this Resolution and Order, attested by here under the seal of the
City of Anaheim, to be recorded in the Office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of November,
1979.
