A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A FIRST
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PRICE
WATERHOUSE AND COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Price Waterhouse
Company entered into an agreement dated May 22, 1979, for
services in connection with electric and water utility
funds of the City; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to amend
said agreement to increase the scope of services to be
provided by Price Waterhouse Company and compensation to
be paid for such additional services; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said agreement has been
prepared, the terms of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms of
an amendment to an agreement dated May 22, 1979, with
Price Waterhouse Company be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said
amendment to said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th
day of November 1979.
