A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIH ACCEPTING A GRANAiL:DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF AN IM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR . ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easlement for road
and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and -
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best in~erest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of IFORNIA COMPUTER
PRODUCTS, INC., a cor oration or ani ed under the laws of
the State 0 Ca11forn a,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and public utility purposes
, and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of the South$ast quarter of the South-
west quarter of Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southwest quarter of
Section 6; thence along the South line thereof, South 890 21'
20" West, 826.88 feet; thence North 000 46' 20" West, 53 feet;
thence parallel to said South line, North 890 21' 20" East,
779.85 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave North-
westerly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence Easterly and
Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 900 07'
50" an arc distance of 23.60 feet to a point on a line that is
parallel with and distant 32 feet West of the East line of
said Southwest quarter of Section 6; thence along said parallel
line North 000 46' 30" West, 830.30 feet to a point on the South-
westerly right of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad;
thence along said right of way line South 570 13' 30" East,
38.40 feet to its intersection with the East line of said South-
west quarter of Section 6, said East line also being the center
line of Gilbert Street; thence along said East line
South 000 46' 30" East 877.19 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of ~aheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~he City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, ~uthorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
