A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 89R -253 NUNC PRO TUNC (GREEN FEES AND
~CART RENTAL FEES).
WHEREAS, the City Council did on June 20, 1989, adopt
Resolution NO. 89R-253 establishing the green fees and cart rental
fees to be charged at H. G. "Dad" Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf
Course and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, an
incorrect green fee amount for 18 holes of golf at H.G. "DAD"
Miller Anaheim Municipal Golf Course was placed in the Resolution;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires, and public interest
and general welfare require that said error be corrected, nunc pro
tunc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution NO.
89R-255 be, and it is hereby amended, nunc pro tunc, by amending
SECTION I to read as follows, to wit:
I. H. G. "DAD" MILLER ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
WEEKDAY Green Fees WEEKEND, HOLIDAY Green Fees
$ 8.00/9-holes $ 9.00/9-holes
$10.00/18-holes $14.00/18-holes
Except as expressly amended herein, Resolution NO.
89R~253 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day
