A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED TO
PROPERTY PURCHASED IN SETTLEl4ENT OF £.L N D04AIN LITIGATION UNDER RESOLUTION NO. 66R-693.
WHEREAS, in its Resolution No. 66R-693, the City Council
authorized the settlement of certain eminent domain litigation and
in connection therewith received an Easement Deed in favor of the
City of Anaheim from Henry Wagner and Emma C. Wagner, husband and
wife, dated December 27, 1966?
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby accept that certain Ease-
ment Deed dated December 27, 1966, to which reference has been
made, covering the following described property.
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the following described parcels of
land
PARCEL ONE: That portion of Lot 20 of Anaheim Extension,
as shown on a :lap thereof recorded in Book 3, pages 162
to 164, inclusive, of Iiiscellaneous Records in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows'
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 20, said
Southeast corner being the intersection of the NortheriV
line of a 60 foot road known as Ball Road, and the
Westerly line of a 60 feet road known as State College
Boulevard; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of
said Lot 20, 61 feet; thence Southwesterly in a direct
line to a point in the Southerly line of said Lot 20,
said point being 61 feet West of the Southeast corner of
said Lot 20; thence Easterly along the Southerly line of
said Lot 20 a distance of 61 feet to the point of
beginning.
PARCEL TWO: That portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. N.,
described as follows
Beginning at a point 30.00 feet South and 30.00 feet West
of the Northeast corner of said Section 23, said point
being in a line that is parallel with and 30 feet West of
the centerline of State College Boulevard; thence South-
erly along said parallel line a distance of 61.00 feet;
thence Northwesterly in a direct line to a point in a
line that is parallel with and 30.00 feet South of the
centerline of Bali Road; said point being 61.00 feet West
of the point of beginning; thence Easterly along said
parallel line, 61.00 feet to the point of beginning.
and that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized and
directed to record said deed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of June 1967.
