A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
62R -32 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 61- 62 -46.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 16, 1962, adopt Resolution No. 62R -32 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 61 -62 -46 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -1,
ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Resolutions Nos. 62R -183 and 62R -304 were
subsequently adopted by the City Council amending said Resolu-
tion No. 62R -32; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Resolution
No. 62R -32 should be further amended by adding thereto an addi-
tional condition providing that the owners of Lot 14 of Block
"D" of Tract No. 406, being a portion of the property described
in said reclassification proceedings, offer irrevocably for
dedication to the City of Anaheim an easement for alley purposes
over a strip of land 3 feet in width parallel to, and westerly
of, the westerly right of way line of the existing easement for
alley purposes, and an easement for public utility purposes
over a strip of land 2 feet in width adjacent to and immediately
westerly of the aforementioned 3 feet for alley purposes, such
easements lying adjacent to the easternmost boundary of said
Lot 14; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted reclassifying said Lot 14 and
completing said reclassification proceedings as to said lot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -32 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 61 -62 -46 be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto an additional condition reading as follows:
"That the owners of Lot 14 shall offer irrevocably
for dedication to the City of Anaheim an easement for
alley purposes over a strip of land three (3) feet
in width parallel to, and westerly of, the westerly
right of way line of the existing easement for alley
purposes, and an easement for public utility purposes
over, under, across and through a strip of land two
(2) feet in width adjacent to and immediately
westerly of the aforementioned three feet for alley
purposes, such easements lying adjacent to the
easternmost boundary of said Lot 14."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein,
and by Resolutions Nos. 62R -183 and 62R -304, said Resolution
No. 62R -32 be, and remain in full force and effect.
