A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A G A,T
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR air.-> AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for
road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of Ys, C. O RIsLLY and
P T ,ILIA J. O'RIELLY, husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for
road and pudic utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for roar and .aubiic utility purposes
over, under and across the Southwesterly 20.25 feet
of that portion of Vineyard Lot G -5, as shown on a
yap
recorded in Look 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds,
records of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the B line of saiu Vine-
yard Lot G -5, 62.00 feet Southerly from the Northwest
corner of said Vineyard Lot G -5; thence at right
angles Lasterly and parallel with the Norte boundary
of said Vineyard Lot G -5, a distance of 129.46 feet;
thence at right angles Southerly and parallel with
the said =pest line of said Vineyard Lot G -5, a
distance of 50.00 feet; thence at right, angles
esterly and parallel with the North boundary line
of said Vineyard Lot G -5, a distance of 129.46 feet
to said .vest line; thence Northerly along said West
line, 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
