A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIld ACCEPTING AN EASEiAENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIL CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASENENT FOR ROAD AND
PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS. Primus holding Company, the owner of said
property, has offered to convey the same to the City upon the
terms and conditions set forth in a certain agreement entered
into between the City of Anaheim and Primus Holding Company on
Larch 14, 1967, and has delivered to the City an easement deed
dated March 10, 1967, granting to the City an easement for road
and public utility purposes over the property hereinafter
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted said offer to
dedicate said easement upon the terms and conditions set forth
in said agreement, and finds that said easement deed should be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the easement deed, dated Larch 10, 1967,
executed by Primus holding Company, granting to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for an easement for road and public utility purposes, and
more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of real property in the
City of Anaheim, conveyed to Primus holding Company, a
corporation, by deed recorded October 25, 1965 in Book
7715, page 96 of Official Records of said Orange County,
and that parcel of land conveyed to Primus Holding
Company, a corporation (successor by merger with North-
road Realty Corporation, a corporation) by deed recorded
September 22, 1961 in :Hook 5657, page 663 of Official
Records of said County, lying within a strip of land
53 feet in width, the southerly line of said strip being
the center line of La Palma Avenue, as approved and
adopted by Anaheim City Council by Resolution No. 65i-
488, June 29, 1965 and recorded December 28, 1965 in
Book 7787, page 878 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
