A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of
SHELDON GOLISON and CONSTANCE D. GOLISON,
husband and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,'
under and across that portion of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Southeast
quarter, said Northeast corner being the centerline in-
tersection of Orange Avenue and Magnolia Avenue; thence
South 89° 58' 01" West, along the North line of said
Southeast quarter, 78.24 feet; thence South 0° 01' 59"
East to a point in a line parallel with and distant
Southerly 45 feet (measured at right angles) from the
North line of said Southeast quarter, said point being
the beginning of a curve, tangent to said parallel line,
concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 25 feet, a
radial line bearing North 0° 01' 59" West passes through
said point; thence Southeasterly along said curve, through
a central angle of 90° 11' 34 an arc distance of 39.35
feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant West-
erly 53 feet (measured at right angles) from the East
line of said Southeast quarter; thence South 89° 50' 25"
East to a point in said East line; thence North 0° 09'
35" East, along said East line, 70.26 feet to the point
of beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion described in the deed to
the City of Anaheim, recorded December 4, 1961 in Book
5932, page 444 of Official Records of said County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of March 19 68
