A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING y A, y fy(c
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR 'OAP AND PUr LIC
UTILITY PURPOS'ES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAILS G. JONAH and.
DOROTHY JO r "'u husband., and wife,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road
and public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 64,
Tract 1758, as shown on a rap recorded in Book 53,
pages 19 and 20 of J iscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows
Commencing at the center line intersection of Ball
Road and Harbor Boulevard; thence South 0° 16' 25'
East, alor cc nte:r line (YZ Harbor Boul.-
a distance of 370.63 feet to the true point of
beginning;- thence continuing South 0 16' 25" Last,
7.64 feet; thence orth 89° 55' 35" East, 53 feet
to a. point on a line that is parallel with and
distant 53 feet Easterly of the center line of
Harbor Boulevard; thence North 0° 16' 25 Test,
along said parallel line, 11.82 feet to a point
on the North line of said Lot 64; thence South
85° 13° 07" West along said Forth line and its
Westerly prolongation thereof, a distance of
53.16 feet to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
