1968-119WHEREAS, the City Manager and Personnel Director
have met with and discussed salaries for certain classifications
of part -time employees with representatives of the General
Truck Drivers Union, Local 235, regarding adjustments of such
classifications represented by said Union because of member-
ship of the employees; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Personnel Director have
agreed to recommend, and have recommended to the City Council
salary adjustments for classifications as set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the compensation plan for the clas-
sifications of employment listed below shall be allocated com-
pensation rates as follows:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this
Resolution shall be February 16, 1968.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 20th day of February, 1968.
