A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE, AS
PERMITTEE, A TEMPORARY ENTRY PERMIT OF
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY.
WHEREAS, in connection with the widening and improve-
ment of Orange Avenue across the right of way of Southern Cali-
fornia Edison Company, Southern California Edison Company, at
no cost to the City of Anaheim, has offered to grant a Temporary
Entry Permit across said right of way until December 14, 1968;
and
WHEREAS, the Design Section of the Engineering Depart-
ment of the City of Anaheim is preparing plans for the street
improvement involved; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to indicate its compliance with
the terms of said Temporary Entry Permit by executing said permit
as submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it authorize, and it does hereby
authorize and direct the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute,
as Permittee, the Temporary Entry Permit submitted by Southern
California Edison Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby authorized and directed to forward both executed copies
of said Temporary Entry Permit to Thomas Lacy, District Manager's
Representative, Southern California Edison Company, 1360 South
Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, 92805, for execution by
Southern California Edison Company.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of February 1968.
