A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ADRIAN WILSON
ASSOCIATES, WITH REFERENCE TO ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO
ANAHEIM CONVENTION CENTER.
Whereas, the City of Anaheim is in need of architectural
services to design certain improvements and betterments at
Anaheim Convention Center; and
WHEREAS, Adrian Wilson Associates desires to be employed
to perform said architectural services; and
WHEREAS, Adrian Wilson Associates originally designed
said Convention Center and is qualified to render additional
architectural services; and
WHEREAS, said Adrian Wilson Associates has submitted a
proposal for the rendition of architectural services under date
of October 6, 1967, signed by R. J. Dimit, the terms and condi-
tions of which proposal, including fees, are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, a form of agreement has this day been sub-
mitted to the City Council to be made and entered into between
the parties providing for the employment of said Adrian Wilson
Associates to perform such architectural services and outlining the
terms and conditions, including fees, for the performance of said
services, which agreement the City Council finds is satisfactory
and should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into between the City and
Adrian Wilson Associates providing for the employment of said
Adrian Wilson Associates to perform architectural services for
alterations and additions to Anaheim Convention Center upon the
terms and conditions, including fees, therein set forth, be and
the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute such agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of February, 1968.
