RESOLUTION NO. 68R -80
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
68R -36 IN RECLASSIFICATION,PROCEEDINGS
NO. 67- 68 -33.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 23, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -36 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 67 -68 -33 finding and determining the property and
area therein described should be changed from R -1, ONE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to C -O, COMiER.CIAL
OFFICE ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 9 of said resolution reads as
"9. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5(b), above
mentioned, shall be complied with within a period
of 180 days from date hereof, or prior to the
issuance of a building permit.'
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 9 should be amended to provide that the conditions listed
therein be complied with within a period of 180 days from the
date of the adoption of said Resolution No. 68R -36, or such
further time as the City Council may grant; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that no
ordinances directing said change of zones and completing said
reclassification proceedings have been adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R -36 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 67 -68 -33 be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Condition No. 9 thereof to read as follows:
'9. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5(b), above
mentioned, shall be complied with within a period
of 180 days from date hereof, or such further
time as the City Council may grant."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R -36 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 6th day of February, 1968.
