ILL the City Council of the City of Anaheim di&
heretofore aprove esolution o. 67R-606 by which the land
described in said resolution was describe& as if it were located
within the City liits of the City of Ananeiri and was purportedly
approved or exclusion from the A-A AG:LICULT0HAL ZONE and in-
corporation in the R-3, 1 RESIDENTIEL ZONE, and
since said_ land, in fact anC. in truth, was
not within tie City of Anaheir:i but was within the unincorporated
territory of the County of Orange, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim intended that the aforementioned and described land
e excluded from the 80-AR-10,00G, AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT (Orange County Zoning), and incorporated in the R-3,
:ii RFSIDNTIAE ZO, at such ti:Qe as said property
is annexed to the City of Anaheim, upon certain conditions set
forth in said Resolution NO. 67R-636; and
:hNLAs, the City Council of the City of Anaheim failed
to make a finding that the subject property was located outside
the City limits of the City of Anaheim and within the unincorpo-
rated territory of the County of Orange.
NOW 'ITiaroORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim .unicipal Code
be, and the same is hereby amended and that the aforementioned
and described property set forth in Resolution No. 67R-606,
situated in the County of Orange, State of California, be ex-
cluded from 80-AR-10,000, AGRICULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
(County of Orange Zoning), and incorporated in R-3, 'ULTIPLL-
FAILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, at such time as said iroperty is annexed
to the City of Anaheim, upon the conditions set forth in Resolu-
tion o. 67R-606.
3E IT FURTHER RLSOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to
the City Council an ordinance aending Title 16 of the Anaheim
Lunicipal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and deter-
mined to be necessary and proper.
