1968-064A RESOLUTION OF TIDE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS
IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO.
67- 68 -43.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
January 30, 1968, adopt Resolution No. 68R -62 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 67 -68 -43 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R -2, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, the owners of subject property have filed
a petition for reclassification of said property to R -2 -5000,
ONE FAMILY ZONE, under Reclassification Proceedings No. 67- 68 -44;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that inasmuch as pro-
ceedings are now pending to reclassify subject property to the
R -2 -5000, ONE FAMILY ZONE, all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 67 -68 -43 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Reclassification No. 67 -68 -43 be, and the same are hereby
terminated; and that Resolution No. 68R -62 be, and the same is
hereby declared null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of January, 1968.
