A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 92R-20 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPt~SATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGN~I'~3 AS SUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated March 3, 1992, that Resolution No. 92R-20 be amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective March 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 92R-20 which established rates of compensation for classes designated
as Supervisory; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned an~ndment is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-20 be eur~nded by adding the
following classification:
Classification Salary Ran~e
Security Supervisor XU CR02
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment
to Resolution No. 92R-20 is March 13, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVt~ that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 92R-20 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 17thday of March, 1992.
