WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City:of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of L. M. DUNN, a
nartnprshin. composed of Lonnie M. Dunn and Mary R. Dunn,
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for easements for road and

PARCEL ONE: An easement for road and public utility
purposes over, under and across that portion of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 23,
being a portion of Lot 41, in Township 4 South, Range 10
West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 2, pages 256 and 257 of Patents
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Southeast quarter;
thence South 0° 12' 23" East along the East line of said
Southeast quarter, 590.52 feet; thence South 89° 47' 37" West,
53.00 feet; thence North 0° 12' 23" West, parallel to said
East line, 55.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning of the
herein described parcel, said point being the beginning of
a non tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 25 feet, a radial line bearing South 89° 47" 37"
West passes through said point; thence Southwesterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 90° 00' 00", an
arc distance of 39.27 feet to a reverse curve, concave

City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).

and across a strip of land 20 feet wide, lying 10 feet on
each side of the following described center line:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter
of said Section 23; thence South 0° 12' 23" East, along
the East line of said Southeast quarter, 590.52 feet;
thence South 89° 47' 37" West, 78.00 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southerly and
having a radius of 100 feet; thence Westerly along said
curve, through a central angle of 13° 45' 00" an arc
distance of 24.00 feet; thence tangent to said curve,
South 76° 02' 37" West, 749.70 feet to a point in the
Southwesterly line of Parcel One above described, said
point being the True Point of Beginning of the herein de-
cribed parcel; thence continuing South 76° 02' 37" West,
421.36 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line of The
Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company's right of
way, 100 feet wide, as described in the deed to California
Central Railway Company, recorded August 19, 1889 in
Book 593, page 109 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County,
California, said point being the point of terminus of the
herein described center line.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
