A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY ANAHEIM CERTAIIL
PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR PUBLIC UTILITY
AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described reel property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for public utility
and temporary construction purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ham, offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ELIZABETH LANCASTER.

Parcel One: An easement for public utility
purposes over, under and across the Southerly
10 feet of the Westerly 10 feet of the Easterly
50 feet of the North half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.& M.
Parcel Two: A temporary construction easement
over, under and across the Southerly 10 feet of
the Westerly 15 feet of the Easterly 65 feet of
the North half of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4
South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.& M.
The above described temporary construction
easement referred to as Parcel Two to terminate
upon completion of the installation of a sewer
and water line, but not later than October 1,
1968.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
