92-048 RESOLUTION NO. 92R- 48 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AM~I~DING RESOLUTION NO. 91R-49 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPtl~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO THE Gt~IERAL UNIT REPRESENTS3 BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL ]~'iPLOkr~w.q ASSOCIATION WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has r~ded in a staff report dated March 3, 1992, that Resolution No. 91R-49 be amended in the manner hereinafter set forth, effective March 13, 1992; and WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to a~nd Resolution No. 91R-49 which established rates of con10ensation for classes assigned to the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal E~ployees Association; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID, by the city Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: 1. That, effective March 13, 1992 through October 8, 1992, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now e~loyed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Salary Step Salary Classification Schedule Ran~e Relationship Senior Security Guard SU 1319 D-E 1.075 x Security Guard 2. That, effective October 9, 1992 through October 7, 1993, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master: Salary Step Salary Classification Schedule Range RelationshiD Senior Security Guard SU 1385 D-E 1.075 x Security Guard BE IT ~ RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 91R-49 is March 13, 1992. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Men~randum of Understanding, dated February 25, 1991, between the City of Anaheim and the General Unit represented by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to the foregoing classification. AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as an~nded herein, Resolution No. 9LR-49 shall remain in full force and effect.
