1968-041WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on January 21, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -39 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 63 -64 -54 finding and determining that the prop- erty and area therein described should be changed from R -A, Residential- Agricultural Zone, to R -3, Multiple Family Residen- tial Zone, subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 4 and 5 of Resolution No. 64R -39 read as follows: AND WHEREAS, revised plans for the development of sub- ject property, which conform to R -3, Site Development Standards, have been submitted to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, said revised plans, marked "Revision No. 1," were approved by the City Council on this date; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that inasmuch as the revised plans conform to R -3, Site Development Standards, con- ditions Nos. 4 and 5 of Resolution No. 64R -39 are no longer feasible or applicable to the proposed development and should, therefore, be deleted from said resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of zone and completing said reclassification proceedings. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R -39 in Reclassifica- tion Proceedings No. 63 -64 -54 be, and the same is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Conditions Nos. 4 and 5. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said Resolution No. 64R -39 be, and remain in full force and effect. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 23rd day of January, 1968. A LEST: RESOLUTION NO. 68R -41 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R -39 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63- 64 -54. "4. That subject property shall be developed sub stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked 'Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2'; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the westerly 21 -foot drive shall be reduced to 9 feet, which 9 feet shall be developed in conjunction with an existing 21 -foot drive on the abutting property to the west, and that the re- maining 12 feet shall be utilized so as to establish a 6 -foot landscaped setback of the proposed structures from the easterly and westerly drives. "5. That the completion of these reclassification pro- ceedings is contingent upon the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 496."
