A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
66R -739 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 66- 67 -29.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
November 22, 1966, adopt Resolution No. 66R -739 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 66 -67 -29 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R -2, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and
R -3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set
forth in said resolution, subject to certain conditions therein
set forth; and
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel 3 of Portion 1 of the
property described in said resolution has requested that said
Parcel 3 be deleted from said reclassification proceedings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said request
should be granted; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that an
ordinance has never been adopted completing the reclassification
of Parcel 3 of Portion 1 of the property described in said re-
classification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 66R -739 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 66 -67 -29 be, and the same is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom Parcel 3 of Portion 1 of the real
property described therein. Said Parcel 3 is described as
follows
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended herein, said Resolution No. 66R -739 be, and
remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of January, 1968.

of the northeast quarter of Section 23, in Township 4
South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per

California.
