A RESOLLTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHE]}4
AMt~DING RESOLL~ION NO. 92R-18 WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
O3MPt~SATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNE,'~ AS PROFESSIONAL
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has rec~%m~nded in a
staff report dated March 3, 1992, that Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended in
the manner hereinafter set forth, effective March 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS as a result thereof, the need exists to amend
Resolution No. 92R-18 which established rates of com~n%sation for classes
designated as Professional; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the city of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim as follows:
That, Section 2 of Resolution No. 92R-18 be amended by adding
the following classification:
Classification Salarv Ran~e
Assistant City Attorney - Public Utilities X CR19
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said
amendment to Resolution No. 92R-18 is March 13, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHt~ RESOLVED that except as amended herein
Resolution No. 92R-18 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FORt~OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this l?thday of March, 1992.
