1968-033A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 67R -404 AND AMENDING AND ESTAB-
LISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR VARIOUS JOB CLASSES.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director and City Manager have recommended
in a classification study dated September 29, 1967, that a new job class be
created in the Electrical Division of the Utilities Department; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director and City Manager have recommended
on January 8, 1968, that the salary resolution be amended to provide for the
payment of 5% additional salary to employees upgraded from lower classifica-
tions to the class of Utility Serviceman.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the new job class of Line Truck Operator be allocated to compen-
sation scheduleU38 (543 -660).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the job class of Utility Serviceman
be reallocated from schedule 36 (517 -628) to schedule U 36 (517 -628).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution
shall be January 5, 1968.
