A RLSOLuTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHLIi/i APPROVING AN AiliENDLENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED ?S A=DMENT NO. 94.
WHEREAS, Convention Way is designated on the
Circulation Element-highway Rights of Way on the General Plan
as a Secondary highway, witn a half width of 45 feet, and
WHEREAS, tne City Planning Commission did hold a
public hearing to consider an amendment to the Circulation
Element-Eighway Rights of Way on the General Plan by chaning
Convention Way, between 'lest Street anO. Harbor Bouievana, from
its oresent desicnation as a Secondary Highway to a Lajor
highway, with a half width of 55 feet; and
WHEREAS, following saiu hearing the Planning Com-
mission did duly adopt Resolution No. PC67-176 containing a
report of its findings, a suaary of the evidence presented
at said hearinci and a recomoiendation that said amendment to

AND WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary
of evidence, report of findincjs, and recoAmendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Council di• fix tne 29th da7 of

Hall of the City of Anaheim as the lace for a 'oublic hearincl
upon said proposed Amendment No. 94 to the General Plan anO, did
give notice thereof 111 the manner and as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
nearing and dia give all persons interested therein an of)cr-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 94 to the General Plan, changing Convention Way,
between West Street and Harbor boulevard, to a Major Highway and
amending the "Table of Exceptions" to the Circulation Element
highway Rights of Way should be approved, as recommended by the
City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 94 to the General Plan,
amending tne Circulation Element Highway Rights of Way on said
General Plan by changing Convention Way, between West Street and
Harbor Boulevard, from its present classification of a Secondary
Highway witnout exception to a Lajor hichway witn an exception,
DO and the same is hereby approved, and that the existing

amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Department
be, and it is hereby instructed to amend the General Plan Lap to
conform Lo General Plan Amendment No. 94 herein approved.
