92-045 RESOLUTION NO. 92R-45
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
CERTAIN CERTIFICATIONS ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY OF AHAHEIM
(Pavement Management System)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim intends to participate in
or operate a Pavement Management System in order to comply with
the requirements of Measure M funding; and
WHEREAS, the City will occasionally have to issue
certifications pertaining to the program and system; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to authorize an
agent to issue and execute such certifications on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize the Director of Public
Works to issue and execute such certificates on behalf of the
city of Anaheim as may be required to participate in the program.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17th day of March
1992.
