Anaheim entered into a contract with Calvin Watts to abate weeds
and rank growth in the City; and.
WhERFAS, said contract expired on the 30t h. day of
November, 1967; and
iiikIEREAB, said wee& abatement ;?rogram remains unfinished
and Calvin Watts has requested an extension of two months to
complete said contract.
TH1=0. EE IT RESOLVLD by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain contract entered into on
the 28th day of April, 1967, by and between the City of Anaheim
and Calvin i'atts, to abate the weeds and rank growth in the
City, be, and the same is hereby extended from the 30th day of
November, 1967 to the 3ist day of January, 1968.
