A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ATTENDING RESOLUTION NO.
65R -660 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 65- 66 -24.
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
August 31, 1965, adopt Resolution No. 65R -660 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 65 -66 -24 finding and determining that the
property and area therein described should be changed from R -A,
AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to M -1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to
certain conditions therein set forth; and
follows:
WHEREAS, Condition No. 5, of said resolution reads as
"5. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the
Development Review Committee on the basis of
compatibility of development, both structurally
and architecturally."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condi-
tion No. 5 should be deleted from Resolution No. 65R -660.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 65R -660 in Reclassifica-
tion Proceedings No. 65 -66 -24 be, and the same is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom Condition No. 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects said
Resolution No. 65R -660 be, and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of November, 1967.
