A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RELATING TO A PROPOSED
DESIGN CHANGE FROM THE EXECUTED FREEWAY
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the County of Orange and the State of Califor-
nia have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated
September 22, 1958, relating to a portion of the Newport Freeway,
State Highway Road 07- Ora -55 between McFadden Street and State
Route 91; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore annexed
portions within the limits of the above mentioned Freeway Agree-
ment; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the
following revision, shown in red on the print labeled "Exhibit A,
07- Ora -91- 9.2/19.0, Riverside Freeway, Rte. 55/91 I/C to River-
side Co. Line," dated October 19, 1967, and on file with the City
of Anaheim, is desirable, to wit:
Reconstruction of a portion of Santa Ana Canyon
Road (South Frontage Road).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the
City Council of the City of Anaheim hereby concurs and approves
the proposed revision as set forth hereinabove, it being under-
stood that a revised freeway agreement incorporating said re-
vision is to be entered into at some future date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to certify two copies of
this resolution, to attach to each copy of the aforementioned
Exhibit "A," and to forward said copies to the State of Califor-
nia, Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, District 7.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of November, 1967.
