1967-626WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
March 24, 1964, adopt Resolution No. 64R -203 granting Conditional
Use Permit No. 519 permitting the construction of a two story,
multiple family planned residential development and a waiver of
the one -story structural height limitation within 150 feet of
R -A, Residential- Agricultural zoned property, on the property
described in said resolution, subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, said conditional use permit was granted sub-
ject to the completion of Reclassification Proceedings No.
63 -64 -65 wherein it was proposed to reclassify subject property
to R -3, Multiple Family Residential Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that subject property
was reclassified to M -1, Light Industrial Zone by Ordinance No.
2277, adopted April 26, 1966, in Reclassification Proceedings No.
61 -62- 69(18), and that said property has subsequently been devel-
oped for industrial use; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that inas-
much as the proceedings for the reclassification of subject
property to the R -3 Zone have been superseded by the reclassifi-
cation to M -1, Light Industrial Zone, Conditional Use Permit
No. 519 would not be effective and should, therefore, be ter-
minated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Conditional Use Permit No. 519 be, and the same are hereby ter-
minated, and that Resolution No. 64R -203 be, and the same is
hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 14th day of November, 1967.
