A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 80-81-21 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO.
81R-78 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a change of zone in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 80-81-21 on February 24, 1981, by
Resolution No. 81R-78; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Reclassification Proceedings No. 80-81-21 for the reason such zone
change is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Reclassification Proceedings No. 80-81-21 be, and the same are
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 81R-78 be declared null
and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day of January, 1985.
