A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2164 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-79 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2164 on February 24, 1981, by Resolution No. 81R-79; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 2164 for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2164 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 81R-79 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th day cf January, 1985.
