A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM POLICE ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, on January 31, 1984 the City Council adopted Resolution
84R-49 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Anaheim and the Anaheim Police Association, and
WHEREAS, the City Management Representative has consulted with the
Anaheim Police Association concerning the amendment of Article 37.5 of the
Memorandum of Understanding to properly reflect the intent of the parties and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, a Letter of Understanding dated
December 20, 1984 setting forth a new calculation date for the payment of
unused Holiday pay has been agreed to by the parties and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated December 20, 1984 between the
City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Police Association is hereby approved and
adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of January 1985.
