A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM POLICE ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, on January 31, 1984 the City Council adopted Resolution
84R-49 which approved a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Anaheim and the Anaheim Police Association and,
WHEREAS, the City Management Representative has consulted with the
Anaheim Police Association concerning the amendment of Article 64.0 of the
Memorandum of Understanding to properly reflect the intent of the parties, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, a Letter of Understanding dated
December 20, 1984 setting forth a new contract ending date has been agreed to
by the parties, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated December 20, 1x84 between the
City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Police Association is hereby approved and
adopted.
