OF CC~P~SATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO R~HE I/~I'~/~NATIONAL
BROTHtlRHOOD OF FL~CI~IICAL WORKERS, LOCAL 47
W-H~REAS, the Human Resources Director has rec~t~nded in a staff
report dated Feh~m~y 4, 1992, that l~_solutio~ No. 89R-407 be amended in the
manner hereinafter set forth, effective January 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
89R-407 which established rates of compensation for classes assigned to the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47; and
WHEREAS, the city Council of the city of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THtlREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Anguheim as follows:
That, effective January 31, 1992 through July 2, 1992, the basic
compensation plan for all officers and employees of the city of Anaheim who
are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of said amendment to
RP_solution No. 89R-407 is January 31, 1992.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated October 6, 1989, between the City of Anaheim and the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 apply to the
foregoing classification.
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 89R-407 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FORMGOING RESOI//CION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 1 ~thday of Feb~, 1992.
