A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 23 TO THE MASTER
AGREEMENT FOR THE FEDERAL-AID PROGRAM
WHEREAS, City did, on August 18, 1977, enter the
Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of
California; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
Agreement to include Supplement 23 which provides for signal
modification and signal improvements at various locations
designated at the West Anaheim Area Circulation Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and
conditions of Supplement No. 23.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
Supplement No. 23 on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day
of January 1985.
